ELTISテスト
エルティスとは、海外留学する為に必要なテストです。
そのテストの合格基準のスコアに満たないと留学することが出来ないです。自分の留学団体では、アメリカの合格点が222点で合計6回テストが受けられます。
このテストは、リスニングとリーディングのマーク式です。
まず、最初にリスニングがあり内容と同じ絵を選ぶ問題と物語を読まれて当てはまる内容を選びます。次に、リーディングで、短文を呼んで当てはまる単語を選ぶ問題と長文を読んでその内容に当てはまるものを選ぶ問題があります。
自分が初めて受けた時は英語が全くわからなくて結果198点で不合格でした。その後自分はエルティス対策として単語の勉強やリスニングの対策として英語の会話文を聞いたりしました。それでも2回目は202点で3回目は215点で不合格という結果になってしまいました。
残り3回しかなくて自分これ本当に受かるのかな？っていう不安で一杯になりました。だがそんな事を考えても自分でやるしかないので、ひたすらエルティス対策をしました。
その結果4回目のテストでは224点でギリギリの点数で合格することが出来ました。自分は合格通知が来た時嬉しくて一目散に両親に知らせに行きました。
Eltis is a test to measure your English ability to study abroad. If you don't pass the test, you can't study abroad. With my study abroad organization, you can take the test 6 times in total with passing score of 222 in America. This test is a listening and reading mark expression. First of all, there is listening, and you choose the picture which is the same as the content, and then you read the question and the story, and you choose the content which is applicable. Next, there is a problem of choosing words that apply to short sentences and a problem of choosing words that apply to long sentences. When I took the test for the first time, I didn't understand English at all and I failed with a score of 202. After that, I learned words as a countermeasure against Eltis and listened to English conversation as a countermeasure for listening. Even so, we failed with 200 points for the second time and 215 points for the third time. There are only 3 times left. I wonder if I can pass this exam. I was full of anxiety that. But even with that in mind, I had to do it myself, so I just took measures against Eltis. As a result, I was able to pass the 4th test with a score of 224, which was the narrowest score. When I received the letter of acceptance, I was so happy that I went all the way to tell my parents.

僕は2019年の9月から2020年の3月まで交換留学生として約半年間（コロナの影響で２０２０年の６月帰国が３月に早期帰国となってしまいました）アメリカのインディアナ州に留学していました。
なぜ自分が留学をしたかと言うと一番の理由はバスケットボールをしたいというのがあったからです。アメリカはバスケットボールの本場で日本との違いをその場で体験して学びたいと思いアメリカの交換留学をしようと決めました。
元々自分は中学の時からバスケをしており中学二年生のときにスペインに、高校一年生のときにアメリカにバスケをしに行っています。
その経験からアメリカのバスケが自分にとてもあっていてその経験の影響もあります。
From september of 2019 to March of 2020, I spent about six months as an exchange student in the America state of Indina. The main reazon studied abroad was because I wanted to play basketball. I decided to go to America as an exchange student because I want to experience the difference between America and Japan in the home of basketball. I've been playing basketball since junior high school. Iwent to Spain in my second year of junior high school and to America in my first year of high school. From that experience, America basketball is very suitable for me, and it also has an influence from that experience.
